Spencer founded Alliance Rubber in Alliance, OH in 1923, he wanted to make quality products that would last. Moonlighting on the Pennsylvania Railroad for the first 14 years of the company, he was able to make the payroll and keep his dream alive. As our Spencer family business focused on bands, our variety expanded to the world’s largest assortment.
